Site Delivery Manager

The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) is seeking to appoint an exceptional person to lead and drive forward the management and development of the RNAA’s estate, including Norfolk Showground. This exciting post will take day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance of the estate, the coordination of future developments and be responsible for the delivery of all events held at Norfolk Showground. The Site Delivery Manager will have a close relationship with the RNAA’s volunteer stewards.

S/he will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the estate, including Norfolk Showground, ensuring the safe operation of the estate in all matters to do with compliance and regulation.
  • Be the RNAA’s contact for the delivery of all commercial events through Norfolk Showground Limited, as well as RNAA-led events, including the Royal Norfolk Show.
  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day requirements of development projects.
