Business leaders gathered at St Andrews House in Norwich for the launch of the 2017 edition of the Norfolk Skills and Careers Festival.
The Norfolk Skills and Careers Festival will take place at the Norfolk Showground over 8-9 March 2017. This annual event, established in 2016, has immediately become the largest event of its kind in Norfolk. Earlier this year a hugely successful Festival saw nearly 3000 youngsters, aged between 14-24 take part, along with over 50 businesses and many other supporters. The Festival is organised on a not for profit basis.
The Festival is structured around thirteen sectors covering Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, ICT – Digital and Creative, Financial and Business Services, Leisure, Tourism and Culture, Food and Farming, Science and Innovation, Health and Social Care, Construction and Logistics, Education and Training, Public Services, Retail and Enterprise and Careers advice.
