Welcome to England’s largest festival of history and culture!
Every September thousands of volunteers across England organise events to celebrate our fantastic history and culture. It’s your chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – all of which are FREE to explore.
For one day, on Thursday 16 September, visit Norfolk Showground the home of the Royal Norfolk Show.
- Enjoy a stroll around the Showground or take a tractor and trailer tour around buildings and places of interest, such as the King George VI Gate, the Norfolk Arena and the Grand Ring. View on display some of the finest Show Trophies.
- Learn about 175 years of RNAA history, highs & lows, with archivist and veteran journalist Michael Pollitt. Talks held in the Grand Ring Commentary Box at 11:30 / 12:30 / 13:30 / 14:30 (30 min sessions). No booking required, please join us on the day at your leisure.
