HarFest – A new event bringing agriculture into the city

The first HarFest event took place on Saturday 8 October at the Cathedral Close, Norwich. The event consisted of an autumn fair, performing arts entertainment and farming displays of livestock and machinery. The aim of HarFest was to promote food, farming and the countryside within Norwich using the time of harvest festival as our platform.

We are thrilled to report that the event was a great success in all respects. It is beyond our wildest planning figures that, in its first year, we received over 3500 visitors, many of them with young families. The combination of performing arts, livestock and traders all in the stunning setting of the Upper Close created a happy and informal atmosphere.

Join us for HarFest 2017 on Saturday 7 October.
