Online Ticket Orders

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. If E-Tickets have been purchased it is the purchaser’s responsibility to print all of the tickets they have ordered and to check that they are the correct tickets. Any problems must be reported immediately to the RNAA office on 01603 748931. Mistakes cannot be rectified at the gate. The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the RNAA of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your tickets. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. For online ticket queries email boxoffice@rnaa.org.uk. Tickets are valid for one day of the applicable event only.

Tickets purchased on-line, by post or telephone will be despatched within 5 working days via Royal Mail second class post. Customers should allow a further week for delivery. In the event of tickets failing to arrive, contact should be made with our office on 01603 748931 to allow us to double check our records and agree a suitable method for despatching replacement tickets, if applicable.

E-tickets are printed by the customer and can be re-printed should they be lost or misplaced. The RNAA will not be responsible for the printing of E-tickets. Please note, all tickets are scanned at entry to the event and strictly only one admittance per ticket will be allowed. Customers are responsible for the security of their printed E-Tickets and ensuring that copies are not used by other parties to gain access to the event. Once an E-Ticket has been scanned on entry further copies of the same E-Ticket will not gain entry. You must print your ticket for verification at the gate. Hard copies only will be accepted. We do NOT accept copies of E-Tickets on smart phones or other devices.
